Warranty and Return Policy
Platte River Decoy Co will stand behind our products 100%. All Dubba decoys are covered under our warranty.
30 Day Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with the Dubba Decoy System for ANY reason within the first thirty (30) days, Platte River Decoy Co will replace the product, or allow the customer to return the product for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Decoys damaged by customer negligence or misuse are not covered under this return policy. Please refer to what is not covered and how to get service below.
Extended 1 Year Warranty:
For one year from the date of purchase, Platte River Decoy Co covers any problem caused by a manufacturer’s defect. The customer MUST provide a copy of the original sales receipt to verify purchase date. This includes failure of electrical or mechanical components, fit of plastic parts, and overall durability. Products determined to be defective by Platte River Decoy Co. will be replaced with same or similar product at no charge to the customer. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of the defect. If our examination should reveal that the returned item is not defective due to a manufacturers defect, we will contact the customer to get further instructions. In such a case the customer has the option of paying for the cost of shipping the product back to the customer or directing us to dispose of it. Should the customer fail to respond after 45 days, we will dispose of the product and consider it abandoned. Please refer to what is not covered and how to get service below.
What is not covered:
Product damaged by misuse or negligence by customer is not covered. A decoy that is shot or otherwise damaged by the customer is not covered. Scrapes, scratches or dents on the decoys are considered normal wear and tear after use and will not be covered. Paint flaking or chipping off the decoy is not covered. (Decoy shells are manufactured by G&H Decoys).
Under the thirty day return policy decoys that show heavy wear and tear may not be covered. Platte River Decoy Co. reserves the right to inspect decoys to determine use. Excessive use in the thirty day period may void a money back return.
Factory Seconds are never covered, and sold “as is”.

Call 303-841-2030 during regular business hours, or E-mail to service@platteriverdecoyco.com. You will be given return instructions and packaging requirements at that time. DO NOT RETURN product without prior authorization.
